Work in progress

Account in good standing

Please contact the GGV office staff at 415-332-1319 or come by during business hours to 429 Drake Ave to confirm that your account is in good standing, your recertification is current, and your balance is up to date.

If you need assistance with any of these, our team is here to help.

Staying current is important, as Burbank Housing will not be able to proceed with lease signing if accounts are not in good standing, which could impact your housing. MHA’s goal is to keep all Residents housed, please do your part and make sure you are up to date with your recertification and rent.

Rent is due on the 1st day of each month.

Rent is considered late by the 7th of each month.

Momentum Continues for Golden Gate Village as MHA Greenlights Next Phases of Revitalization

Burbank Housing

On April 14th, MHA’s Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a series of actions that will allow Burbank Housing to submit a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) application this May to secure funding for phases 2 and 3 of the GGV revitalization. Approximately 400 residents will see their homes revitalized following the application’s approval and the award of the tax credit.

“We are moving from planning to action,” said Larry Florin, CEO and President of Burbank Housing. “By applying to secure funding for these final phases, we are one step closer to fulfilling our promise to provide all Golden Gate Village residents with the modern, high-quality homes they deserve.”

“This unanimous vote is a clear signal of our unwavering commitment to the residents of Golden Gate Village”, said Mary Sackett, Supervisor District 1 and MHA Board President. “This project is not just about revitalizing homes – it is about investing in the health and future of the residents that are the heart of this historic community.”
