Resolution No. 11-2022 - Adopted 11/15/2022
On November 15, 2022, the MHA Board adopted Resolution No. 11-2022 to accept rehabilitation as the preferred plan for revitalization and recapitalization of Golden Gate Village (GGV) to include proceeding with an RFQ for a developer partner, establishing a GGV resident endowment fund, preserving participation through a Resident Council agreement, and exploring an anti-displacement ordinance with the County of Marin.
