MHA offers several home ownership programs to help low and moderate-income home buyers in Marin County. These programs include the following.
Below Market Rate Homeownership Program
The BMR Homeownership program offers low and moderate-income , first-time homebuyers the opportunity to purchase specified condominium units in Marin County at less than market value.
Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership Program
The Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership program is offered to eligible Marin Housing Authority residents and allows participants to have there subsidy applied towards a monthly mortgage payment.
Reissued Mortgage Credit Certificate Program
The Reissued Mortgage Credit Certificate (RMCC) program is no longer active as of 2021.
