    RAB Minutes December 18, 2025

    Called to order: 3:45 pm 


    Attendance:

    Tania Santos da Silva, Regina Talton, Royce Mclemore, Michael Harrris, Mark Galperin, Thos Chapman, Miss Jae Moses, Kevin Gladstone


    Absence: Marin Housing


    ITEMS OF DISCUSSION 


    • Review of RAB Mtg. Mins. and Agenda Oct./2025: Tabled. Minutes Approved
    • Open Discussions.
    • New Member: Miss Jae Moses will share her email and phone number per Michael’s request.
    • Plans for RAB 2026 moving forward.


    GGV Concerns: Royce reports The Physical Needs Assessments @ GGV AMP1 & AMP 2. 


    I.e. The heating system has been broken for years, some older than 30yrs. The space heaters provided caused a rise in the PG&E bills. New Boilers Needed. 1 of 7 have been Replaced at GGV. Thos Reports, Heating problems as well. (Replaced with a new heater, then removed. Putting the old heater back in.) at his property. Royce will report her findings to the Environmental Authorities. Royce also reports her continued concern of the MOU w/MH. No progress as of yet.


    MH has not received signed agreements with residents @ GGV. Due to the MOU Changes. 


    Mark: expressed and reminded Micheal of the Minutes. Then posted a link in the Chat. Link appears to be very useful to the MH residents.


    Mark Motioned to Discuss and Reply. Deadline Date, 2/2026.


    Royce seconded the emotion, and all in favor. Motion Adopted to pursue.
