Review of Nov. 2024 Minutes: Approved.

Matters of Discussion

a.) Submission of RAB Comments to MH Annual Plan. As Required to meet the goal. 2025/2026. Sec 18/ RAD Filings. No Documentation of the RAB review and Comments. Tabled to next mtg. 1/25/2025.

Unfinished Business

a.) RAB Letterhead logo Approved.

b.) RC update: Royce reports; A new RC Members mtg. by1/2025. Overview: RAB will submit necessary documentation to address 2025 Annual Plan. 

c.) Michael Harris proposed compensation for Regina Talton, as RAB Secretary. Voted and approved. Michael will discuss with MHA.

Updates: 

a.) Mark’s submission of the Article of MHA 950k Breach. Discussed

b.) Michael Harris questioned the Importance of the RAD submission. Royce responded: A requirement by codes and Regulations. RAB did not address. Submitted by MHA, a two sentence comment. Submission of Significant amendment may be required of the RAB. Tabled to 1/2025 mtg.

c) Sec. 8 issues discussed. Tabled to next mtg. 1/22/2025.

Discuss A RAB Dinner w/ invites of Kimberly Carroll and Staff.
