Mr. Harris brought the meeting to order at 3:40 p.m.

1. Minutes: Approved October 23, 2024 minutes.

2. Discussion on the following items took place.

Recruitment at AMP2 properties: RAB discussed hosting presentations at the properties with refreshments. Will further discuss at December meeting.

RAB Comments to Annual Plan: Ms. McLemore informed the RAB that MHA submitted a summary with the RAB comments which is not proper protocol, and that an amendment is needed to the Annual Plan to include pertinent information. For example: Sec.18 / RAD. State Regulators require RAB Review and Comments. Michael Harris and Regina Talton will draft the letter, Royce McLemore will review week of Dec. 2, 2024. Ms. McLemore also provided documents to all RAB members supporting this action with pages highlighted in pink.

Section 8 Function: Regina Talton had questions about the functioning of the Section 8 department after several attempts to resolve her current housing issues. Michael Harris will help her address those issues with MHA.
