Review of Dec/2024 Mins.: Approved.

Matters of Discussion

a.) Submission of RAB Comments to MH Annual Plan. As Required to meet the goal. 2025/2026. Sec 18/ RAD Filings. No Documentation of the RAB review and Comments. Tabled to next mtg. 1/25/2025

Unfinished Business

Update: Michael Provided a Summation of the New Found results. Awaiting Royce's Attendance for further discussion. Micheal will follow-up with Royce via email, phone.

b.) RAB Letterhead logo Approved. Update: Thos, the designer will provide Michael, Kathleen the PDF.,as well as the RAB members

c) RC Marin Village update: A new RC Reconstruction mtg. Pending

d.) Micheal Harris proposed compensation for Regina Talton, as RAB Secretary. RAB Voted and approved $50 per meeting. Kathleen and Michael will Follow Up.

e.) AMP2 Recruitments:

Cristina will Correspond with Yashica. to provide Dates of the Residents mtg. At 5 Properties.

Goal: 1 member needed from ea. property

Sec 8 issues. Kathleen Informed the RAB of New Employees.Nan McKay's Removal. Has Brought Marin Housing Back. Sec. 8 issues discussed. Still Pending from 12/2024 mtg. Jan. 22, 2025 In Person Mtg. At MHA. Discussed. Not Presented today.A RAB Dinner w/ invites of Kimberly Carroll and Staff.
