    The meeting was called to order at 3:40 p.m.


    Roll Call:

    Michael Harris (Chair), Kevin Gladstone, Regina Talton, Thos Chapman, Mark Galperin


    Minutes for November 20th, 2023, were approved.

    NEW BUSINESS:

    Chair determined that without the full board present, the board would only discuss matters. Discussion items will be voted on at the next meeting in January 2024.
     
    Discussion: To increase the board size to either 13 or 15 members.

     

    Discussion: To nominate board officers. (Discussion to be continued in January 2024 board meeting)
     
    Discussion: To add four additional board members from Public Housing. The consensus of members present was unanimous approval to do so.
     
    Discussion: To increase the stipend from $15.00 to $50.00. Voted on and approved at the November meeting.
     
    Discussion regarding accepting By-laws: Vote delayed until the entire board reads and then discussed further. The vote on acceptance was postponed until January 2024.
     
    Discussion: RAB Board Chair (Michael Harris) and Board member Mark Galperin should meet in person with Kathleen Wyatt to discuss issues concerning Mr. Galperin before the next board meeting in January 2024. Motion approved
