The Project Based Voucher Program (Section 8) is a federal program that provides rental assistance to eligible families, and elderly and disabled individuals, allowing them to live in privately owned rental properties throughout Marin County. The household pays approximately 30% of their gross monthly income for their share of the rent.
Point Reyes Affordable Homes is a 27-unit affordable residential community in the town of Point Reyes Station, the gateway to the Point Reyes National Seashore. Point Reyes Affordable Homes consists of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedrooms units. Our charming, duplex structures complement the landscape and offer quiet relaxed living with panoramic views of the surrounding fields and hills. West Marin School District K-8 and Tomales High School.
Applications are being accepted for 3-bedroom units with a minimum family size of four people. To qualify your annual household income must be no more than $30,485 for 4 persons. Non-citizens will be required to provide proof of eligible immigrant status.
