Waiting List Status Information Request If you are already on any of our wait lists and would like to request information on your status, you may download the Status Information Request form. Please fill it out completely and submit to Marin Housing Authority by mail at 4020 Civic Center Drive, Attn: Records, San Rafael, CA 94903. You may also visit our office to fill out a Status Information Request form or send a written request that one be mailed to you. Marin Housing Authority no longer can accept verbal changes.
